Aluminium 7075 Pipes and Tubes are high-strength aluminum alloy products known for their exceptional mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, typically made with 7075 alloy, composed primarily of zinc as the main alloying element, along with small amounts of magnesium, copper, and chromium for additional strengthening effects. Heat treating of this alloy results in superior strength-to-weight ratio making it suitable for numerous industrial uses across several fields of application.
One of the standout qualities of Aluminium 7075 Pipes and Tubes is their impressive strength. Boasting both high tensile strength and toughness, making these tubes suitable for applications where structural integrity and durability is of utmost importance. Furthermore, their corrosion-resistance ensures long term reliability of use ensuring long life in service.
Aluminium 7075 Tubes have become an invaluable commodity to aerospace firms due to their light-weight yet strong composition, and widespread adoption across several aircraft structures such as fuselage frames, wing spars, structural components and their associated assemblies. Their lightweight properties contribute significantly towards fuel efficiency while increasing overall aircraft performance.
Aluminium 7075 Pipes have become indispensable components in many automotive components, from chassis and suspension systems to engine parts. Their superior strength-to-weight ratio enables engineers to craft lightweight yet sturdy structures which result in greater fuel efficiency and improved vehicle performance, plus their corrosion resistant finish ensures durability even under challenging environments.
Aluminium 7075 Tubes have become indispensable components in the defense industry due to their lightweight properties and ability to withstand high impacts and harsh environmental conditions, making them particularly appropriate for military uses where mobility and agility are of utmost importance. They're used extensively when manufacturing military vehicles, naval vessels and ballistic armor as they offer lightweight durability against impacts while remaining impact resistant - qualities which come in particularly handy during military applications that rely heavily on mobility and agility.
Aluminium 7075 Pipes are widely utilized to construct high-performance sporting equipment such as bicycle frames, baseball bats and climbing gear. Their superior strength and lightweight nature contribute to improved performance and agility, making this material of choice among both athletes and outdoor enthusiasts.

Melting and Casting
Steel and alloying metals are loaded into an electric arc furnace. Once in the furnace, the metal is heated to a specific temperature above its melting point, usually in excess of 2800°F.
Rolling and welding
Aluminum Pipes & Tubes may undergo rolling processes to refine their dimensions and improve surface finish. Welding techniques like TIG or MIG welding are utilized for this process
Cleaning and heating phase
These Pipes & Tubes are subjected to cleaning to remove the dirt. Further, a heat treatment is given to these rolled pipes and tubes to remove the stresses that may occur due to welding and formation processes.
Cold - drawing process
The Pipes & Tubes are coated with oxalic and soap solution. In the cold drawing process, the tube or pipe is drawn over the bench using Die plugs.
Finishing process
The stainless tubes or pipes thus produced will undergo certain testing and quality checks. This process is followed by proper packing and dispatch.
