What is Aluminium 1050 Pipes and Tubes?
Aluminium 1050 Pipes and Tubes are an alloy grade known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, and widely utilized across industries including automobile manufacturing, aerospace engineering and construction for applications that demand lightweight yet sturdy tubing. As these Aluminum 1050 pipes exhibit excellent weldability and formability qualities ideal for fabrication processes as well as providing cost-effective fluid transportation and structural support in various engineering projects, they have proven an economical choice of solution.
Aluminium 1050 Pipes and Tubes have become an invaluable choice across various industries due to their incredible corrosion resistance, making them suitable for exposure to moisture or harsh environments such as marine. Outdoor structures or marine equipment rely heavily on aluminium 1050 pipes and tubes because their integrity remains over time, decreasing maintenance needs while prolonging equipment lifespans.
Aluminium 1050 Pipes and Tubes feature corrosion-resistance as well as excellent machinability - this property allows for straightforward shaping, cutting, drilling and shaping processes during manufacturing processes - whether for intricate designs or straightforward applications - leading to efficient production with minimum waste for improved cost-efficiency.
Aluminium 1050 Pipes and Tubes boast remarkable weldability. This quality allows seamless joining to other components or structures, broadening versatility when fabricating projects involve welding. From building frameworks, assembling machinery or creating custom solutions, aluminium 1050 pipes and tubes provide strong connections that ensure structural integrity through strong weldability.
Aluminum 1050 Pipes and Tubes have applications across several industries, such as automotive, aerospace, construction and electronics. Their combination of properties make them suitable for everything from fluid transport systems to structural support structures - not to mention their lightweight nature making them particularly beneficial in transportation vehicles or aircraft applications where weight reduction is key.
Aluminum 1050 Pipes and Tubes have wide applications across industries, from plumbing and HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) systems to hydraulic. Their corrosion-resistance ensures fluid flows smoothly while their weldability simplifies installation and maintenance processes. Furthermore, Aluminium 1050 pipes can serve as structural supports without succumbing to corrosion over time - perfect for supporting diverse environments without succumbing to degradation over time.

Melting and Casting
Steel and alloying metals are loaded into an electric arc furnace. Once in the furnace, the metal is heated to a specific temperature above its melting point, usually in excess of 2800°F.
Rolling and welding
Aluminum Pipes & Tubes may undergo rolling processes to refine their dimensions and improve surface finish. Welding techniques like TIG or MIG welding are utilized for this process
Cleaning and heating phase
These Pipes & Tubes are subjected to cleaning to remove the dirt. Further, a heat treatment is given to these rolled pipes and tubes to remove the stresses that may occur due to welding and formation processes.
Cold - drawing process
The Pipes & Tubes are coated with oxalic and soap solution. In the cold drawing process, the tube or pipe is drawn over the bench using Die plugs.
Finishing process
The stainless tubes or pipes thus produced will undergo certain testing and quality checks. This process is followed by proper packing and dispatch.
